Reprezentant de vânzări Nord Vest cu domiciliul în Satu Mare sau Bihor
Această poziţie este subordonată direct Directorului General şi se axează pe identificarea şi dezvoltarea oportunităţilor de afaceri în zona de nord-vest a ţării.
Responsabilităţi:
• Identificarea potenţialului de afaceri pentru DuPont în zona de activitate alocată.
• Administrarea conturilor de clienţi.
• Dezvoltarea şi consolidarea de conturi noi.
• Asigurarea unui nivel înalt al satisfacţiei oferite clientului.
Cerinţe:
• Absolventul Facultăţii de Agronomie/ Horticultură.
• Experienţă relevantă în domeniul Protecţiei Plantelor de cel puţin 3 ani (vânzări şi marketing).
• Abilităţi de comunicare şi relaţii interpersonale excelente concentrate pe client.
• Cunoştinţe operare PC.
• Posesor de permis auto (categoria B).
• Cunoştinţe bune de limba engleză.

Currently we are looking for:
Marketing Representative
Purpose: Manage day to day marketing programs and activities so that they meet businesses short and long term objectives, comply with regulations and standard.
Principal accountabilities:
• Coordination and implementation of SMP (strategic marketing plans), contribute to business planning to develop marketing strategy that is consistent with SBU’s overall mission and long term objectives,
• Launching new products,
• Marketing communications: recommend choice of media, allocate internal and external resources so that adverts and promotions are effective, economical and appropriate for their intended audience,
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate markets trends,
• Cooperation with Crop Team in Romania and other functional and operational managers,
• MC budget – plan and execution.
Competencies:
• Very good interpersonal & presentations skills.
• Orientation on reaching goals.
• Very good understanding of corporate mission/vision and corporate goals.
• Very good time management & planning skills.
Skills & Knowledge:
• 3 to 5 years experience within Crop Protection marketing area.
• Education in Agronomy.
• Good knowledge of local agriculture industry.
• Very good command of English. Other languages will be an advantage.
• Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus Notes).
